We built Keynote’s social media presence from the ground up. PNG’s leading music retailer had never properly used social platforms before. We created a content system that put them at the centre of the country’s music community: artist spotlights, video interviews, live-streamed performances, and webinars that helped local musicians reach audiences across the Pacific. The tagline ’You Play. We Listen.’ became their anchor, supported by bold, playful design that reflects the energy of PNG’s music scene. The numbers tell the story. The campaign reached over 1 million people and generated 100,000+ engagements, delivering 2,000+ qualified leads. Keynote’s Facebook page grew from launch to over 12,000 followers in 12 months. Post engagement averaged 8–10%, well above industry benchmarks. Flagship live-streamed events drew over 2,000 live viewers.

We featured both emerging and established artists with attention to gender balance and representation. The content strategy included short-form stories, video interviews, and structured content built around cultural events, album launches, and workshops. Every piece of work showcased local talent while engaging diverse Pacific audiences.

We built a repeatable content system that lets Keynote sustain engagement independently. They don’t need external support to keep the engine running. The framework we created allows them to maintain momentum and continue growing their community on their own terms.

Keynote now stands as a trusted partner for aspiring musicians across PNG. This work demonstrates what we do: community building, event production, and digital content that creates real results. We helped transform how PNG’s music scene connects, grows, and thrives.

We ran targeted paid social campaigns that delivered consistent lead generation across Facebook and Instagram. The campaigns generated 7,873 qualified leads from over 52 million impressions. The data shows strong engagement across PNG’s regions, with Port Moresby leading at 5,236 leads, followed by Morobe and East New Britain. Age demographics skewed toward 25-34 year olds, reflecting PNG’s young, digitally connected music community. The campaigns proved that strategic paid social can drive real business outcomes in Pacific markets when the content and targeting are right.
